ABOUT CSI
Computer Society of India is a non-profit professional society which meets on a regular basis in order to exchange views and information, learn and exchange ideas. In 2013, the CSI CHAPTER was officially established at CMR Technical Campus as a student organization. This chapter was started with the help of 4 staff members and 90 students, and has continued to grow ever since. There are many benefits related to membership at CSI Student Chapter, which are offered both to students and staff, and we encourage all of them to become members and take advantage of these benefits. The CSI Student chapter of CMR Technical Campus holds a number of events throughout the year to assist the staff and students of the campus in keeping up to date with the latest developments in the technical field by conducting expert lectures, workshops, seminars, industrial visits, etc.

To train and skill updation in the field of information technology among the professional members of the society.
MISSION
- To facilitate Knowledge sharing, Learning, Research and Career Enhancement of Students
- Inspire, nurture and assist students to integrate into the IT community.
- Working closely with other Industry Associations, Government Bodies and Academia
