Dr Ch. Madhava Rao is currently working as a Training and Placement Officer. With over 20 years of experience in higher education, he has been actively engaged in campus recruitment, corporate relations, industry–academia collaboration, and student employability development. In current role as Associate Professor and Training & Placement Officer, He leads and manages placement activities for more than 1,000 students annually, coordinating recruitment initiatives with over 50 leading organisations, including Infosys, Accenture, Cognizant, Wipro, Capgemini, TCS, and Deloitte.

His professional focus is on building a strong bridge between academia and industry and creating meaningful career opportunities for students. He has successfully contributed to improving placement outcomes through structured pre-placement training programmes encompassing aptitude development, technical and coding skills, communication, interview preparation, group discussions, and overall career readiness.

A key aspect of his work has been strengthening institutional engagement with the corporate sector. He has facilitated and executed 10 institutional MoUs with leading organizations and technology firms, including Infosys, Wipro, Cisco, NVIDIA, Salesforce, PwC, ServiceNow, and Google Cloud. These collaborations have helped expand opportunities for internships, industry interaction, skill development, projects, and recruitment.
