Standard Operating Procedures [SOPs]

CMR Technical Campus has formulated policies for Infrastructural Management which includes planning, procurement, utilization, up-gradation, maintenance, and writing off. CMRTC is committed to providing the best infrastructure to all its departments and other functional areas to ensure that the infrastructural requirements for the teaching-learning process and other processes as specified by the statutory bodies are met in terms of quantity and quality. For this purpose, the institute has developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which is documented and in place to ensure services are delivered consistently every time. SOPs demonstrate compliance with the regulation or operational practices and to document how tasks must be completed. The SOP shall also focus on depreciation, physical asset verification, and its periodicity, transfer of assets from one to the other department, writing off of obsolete items, and their disposal.
