Prof S.Vijaya Bhaskar Reddy is currently heading the Department of Civil Engineering at CMR Technical Campus. He obtained his M.Tech in Civil Engineering in the area Structural Engineering from JNTUH College of Engineering. He is pursuing Ph.D in JNTUH and his research interest areas includes Steel fiber reinforced concrete, Special concretes, Blended concretes using mineral admixtures and Earthquake Resistant Design of Structures. He has 18 years of teaching and 5 years of research experience. He is a life member in Professional bodies like MIE, MISTE, MISET and ICI.
He attended 10 FDP programs in IIT and NITS. He also attended 11 symposiums and workshops at various institutes. He published 12 papers in international and 9 papers in national journals. He guided more than 50 Undergraduate and 16 Post graduate projects and he has organized two National and one International conferences. Prof. V.B. Reddy was invited as Session chair in national and international conferences and for guest lectures in many Engineering colleges. He designed video lectures for different subjects. He is also a subject expert committee member in BOS. He mentored more than 200 students for providing the cutting edge solutions.
